CAVCO began their business in 1965 and is based in Phoenix, Arizona, consisting of 4 manufacturing plants with building spaces from 79,000 to 203,000 square feet. CAVCO Park Homes and Cabins is the primary supplier for campgrounds, RV park owners and resort property owners. Based upon the immediate manufacturing need, their park models meet U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) building standards, or the International (IRC) and Universal Building Codes (UBC).
